Pudgy Pho began with a simple bowl of pho, and a reason to keep coming back.

Long before Pudgy Pho existed, pho was already one of my favorite foods. There was one restaurant I visited often, drawn in by the warmth and comfort that only a carefully prepared bowl of pho can bring. But over time, there was another reason I returned again and again.

At first, it was just familiar smiles and quiet moments between orders. But those small moments grew into conversations, and those conversations grew into something more. What began as a shared space slowly became a shared life.

Our relationship was built on warmth, patience, and shared comfort, the same feeling a great bowl of pho gives to those who need it most.

Eventually, an opportunity appeared. We were given the chance to start our own small pho pop-up inside a friend’s café. It was a humble beginning, but it was ours. Together, we poured everything we had into it, our time, our energy, and our hearts.
